Brenna
Hello! I just posted three new albums - one of our trip to PA in April, one of Sophia from this spring, and one of the Eustice trip to Seattle in May.
As for us, the weather is improving, Stephane is out on the beach playing volleyball at every chance, and Sophia is becoming a beach girl.
All for now, Stephane and I are off to a black tie event tonight (yes, Stephane in a tux) so I guess I better prepare! Hope all is well with everyone,
Brenna, Stephane and Sophia
Hello all! So today I finally uploaded some of our fun aussie photo albums, one of Aussie critters and one of Aussie signs.
Otherwise all here is well. Sophia is talking up a storm, and loves bossing us around. The word of today was “Okay … okay …” but yesterday it was “Hey, listen to me, hey!” She loves to read books “two more mama … two more mama”, and she seems to have a really good memory, not that I’m biased. Today she brought home some art from school and said “Mama, thats my name” then she wanted to practice writing her name. Don’t get me wrong, she didn’t write anything that looked like letters, but she had fun trying.
All for now, hope things are well with you all!
Allright so we’ve established that I’m not very good at the whole blog thing, but at least I’ve posted since Stephane! I just uploaded two new Sophia albums for those of you anxious to see a bunch more photos (which is all of you I’m sure!). Unfortunately, it is official that we are NOT going to Australia in March. We are so sad! We are still hoping for later in the year but will have to see how things go.
Otherwise, Sophia is still developing so fast - every day she comes up with something new. The other night we were talking and she said “Sophia’s two …. and Mama’s old.” As I shrieked What?!? she said ” ummm, older than two?” Pretty clever for a two year old, not that I’m biased. Stephane is wrapping up his work with Northwestern and trying to play as much beach volleyball as you can when you live in an area with few beaches and 32 degree (farenheit for you Aussies) weather. As for me, I am still actually liking my job! Can you imagine?
Anyway, we hope all is well with you and give us an update when you can! Happy Belated New Year,
Okay, so I’m not really logging in and posting comments too often am I. However, today I did post a new Sophia album, called One Year Old June/July 07.
All is well here - Sophia is getting smarter and smarter everyday, and has spent the day today up with her Aunt Allison and Nana while I worked and Papa played in a beach volleyball tournament. (yes, there are sand beaches in Seattle. Two of them!) Also, we have had the pleasure of having a guest from France for the last month named Marie - you can see her in the Sophia album. Hope things are well with you!!
Greetings friends and family! I have finally figured out how to log into our blog, so now I can post more often. So the weather in Seattle is finally perking up, and we actually had a few really hot days last week. Still can’t beat Manly weather though … I did just get two new albums up of Sophia photos, and I hope to get Ireland photos up soon. Speaking of Ireland, what a wonderful trip and an amazing wedding. Thanks to Ged and Ollie for such a fantastic weekend! I hope you are enjoying Croatia! More soon, I have to work tonight,
Brenna
Greetings! I finally have a computer and was able to upload some more photos. Check under Sophia, baby pics. There are four new albums from ninth month through eleventh month. Only one more month to go and Sophia is one!! We are getting settled in Seattle, Washington and bemoaning the rain while Sydney has such beautiful spring/summer weather. Yes, we are more than a little sad to have left, but its worth it to get to see family. If only Manly were a bit closer …. A big hello to all our Manly friends that we miss so much, and an open invitation to ALL our friends to come and stay with us in Seattle. Hope things are well, Brenna
